The students and teachers who took part in the 8th edition of the Eco Parlamento, a project of the PEGADAS program, operated by the Landscape Lab, as a prize for the excellent projects presented and for all the commitment, enjoyed last Friday, June 2, a different day.
They were welcomed early on by the Mayor of Guimarães, Domingos Bragança, the Councillor for Education and President of the Landscape Lab, Adelino Pinto and the Councillor for Urban Planning, Ana Cotter, in the Town Hall. They then visited Resinorte’s sorting and treatment plant for solid urban waste and, after a picnic in the middle of nature, they ended the day with radical activities at Viva Park.
A full day that they will never forget.
