The results show that diesel consumption in hostels and electricity use in hotels contribute significantly to environmental impacts in several categories. Through this analysis of the tourism sector’s environmental performance, it is possible to prioritise good sustainability practices in order to make Guimarães a greener and more resilient tourist destination.
