The CleanUp4Guimarães project is holding a workshop next Saturday, 28th September: removing and recovering plastic from our rivers.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience each stage of the plastic recycling process on a small scale, from crushing plastic into granules to injection moulding, participants will learn how to transform plastic waste into new products. The focus of this activity is the creation of replicas of native species from the Guimarães region, raising awareness of the importance of preserving local biodiversity.
The activity will take place at the Laboratório da Paisagem, in Guimarães, between 10am and 12pm.
