Guimarães takes part in the launch of the Public Consultation on the National Strategy to Combat Food Waste

As part of the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste, the Municipality of Guimarães took part, this Monday, in the public session launching the Public Consultation on the National Strategy to Combat Food Waste – ENCDA 2025+, held in Lisbon.

Representing Guimarães, the Executive Director of the Laboratório da Paisagem, Carlos Ribeiro, presented some of the local initiatives that have been developed to tackle food waste, highlighting the 360.come project and the EcoBox solution, the latter integrated within the RRRCICLO initiative.
