The Laboratório da Paisagem has presented its latest publication, the “Guide to the Mammals of Guimarães.” This work continues the series of local biodiversity guides initiated with the “Guide to the 100 Birds of Guimarães,” followed by the “Guide to the Pollinating Insects of Guimarães” and the “Guide to the 50 Trees of Guimarães.”
Since March, the Laboratório da Paisagem has been an associate member of the Portuguese Council for Health and Environment (CPSA), reinforcing its commitment to promoting sustainable, healthy, and resilient development.

The Bairro C Citizens’ Assembly: Zero Carbon Commitment has concluded the process of selecting the most relevant proposals for the decarbonisation of this neighbourhood in the centre of Guimarães. Started today at the Laboratório da Paisagem the annual meeting of the Zero Waste Europe (ZWE) network, a pan-European organization that brings together organizations from all over Europe, working in the area of waste (zero waste, prevention, reduction and reuse policies, training and awareness actions).
